Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to the database to qualify prospects.
• Qualify and rate prospects via phone and email to feed marketing.
• Record correspondence in the CRM with accuracy and detail.
• Maintain and update the CRM database.
• Follow policies and procedures; report needed changes.
• Maintain quality service by adhering to organization standards.
• Support the team by delivering related tasks as needed.
• Assist in preparing direct marketing campaigns for delivery.
