Job summary

Riverstone Logistics is seeking an Operations Supervisor, Outbound to oversee outbound warehouse functions, carrier compliance, route planning, and client service. This role blends floor leadership with office work to drive efficiency and quality.

You will lead daily carrier communications, assist with onboarding, and ensure timely delivery windows for clients across a dynamic logistics network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required.
• Strong people and operations supervisory skills.

• Operations or final mile delivery experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day delivery operations, monitoring carrier needs and client quality standards.
• Lead and participate in daily route monitoring and carrier communications.
• Assist Outbound Manager with morning stand-ups and carrier settlements.
• Assist in recruiting and onboarding motor carriers.
• Notify clients of delivery timeframes, delays, and updates.
• Ensure returns processes align with client requirements and RLX standards.
• Report loadout/returns and carrier compliance timely and accurately.
• Serve as main contact for escalations from the client.
• Schedule orders and communicate next-day delivery windows.
• Maintain professional relationships with management, carriers, and clients.
• Process and monitor claims via the client portal.
• Identify and elevate process discrepancies in motor carrier compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned based on client needs.
