Riverstone Logistics seeks an Operations Supervisor, Outbound to oversee outbound functions in our warehouse. You will help manage motor carrier compliance, route planning, and customer service, working on the floor and in the office to drive efficient delivery operations.

The role requires strong supervisory skills, Excel proficiency, and excellent communication. Prior experience in operations or final mile is preferred for success in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience supervising operations or frontline teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic MS Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Operations or final mile delivery experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day outbound delivery operations in the warehouse.
• Monitor carrier requirements and client service standards.
• Lead daily route monitoring and carrier communications.
• Assist Outbound Manager and GM with stand ups and updates.
• Support carrier settlements processing and onboarding.
• Coordinate delivery time windows with customers.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements and audits.
• Report loadout/returns and motor carrier compliance timely.
• Be the main point of contact for client escalations.
• Maintain relationships with location staff, carriers, and clients.
