Qualifications

• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Operations or final mile delivery experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day delivery operations and monitor activity to meet client quality standards.
• Lead and participate in daily route monitoring and carrier communications.
• Assist Outbound Manager and GM with stand-ups and communications.
• Assist with carrier settlements and onboarding of motor carriers.
• Ensure delivery timeframes and delays are communicated to clients.
• Support audits and ensure returns processes align with client requirements.
• Maintain professional relationships with location management and carriers.
• Schedule orders and communicate time windows for next-day delivery.
• Escalate client issues and manage claims in the client portal.
