Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day delivery ops: loadout, delivery activity, motor carrier needs, and client service.
• Log and report loadout/returns and motor carrier compliance.
• Maintain relationships with location management, carriers, and client staff.
• Supervise route monitoring using client software.
• Process returns via the client portal at locations.
• Move inventory safely with material handling equipment.
• Serve as main contact for client escalations.
• Schedule orders and notify customers of next-day delivery windows.
• Perform other duties as assigned per client requirements.
