Job summary

Riverstone Logistics is seeking an Operations Supervisor, Outbound to oversee all outbound functions within a warehouse, blending hands-on floor work with office duties. You will manage motor carrier compliance, route planning, and key client service activities to meet high standards.

In this role you will support the Outbound Manager and GM, help recruit and onboard carriers, and ensure timely deliveries while maintaining strong communication and process discipline across teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Strong people and operations supervisory skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communications.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability.
• Experience in operations or final mile delivery preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day outbound operations in the warehouse.
• Lead route monitoring and motor carrier coordination with client service.
• Assist Outbound Manager with carrier communications and settlements.
• Recruiting and onboarding motor carriers.
• Ensure timely delivery timeframes and compliant processes.
