Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day delivery operations and loadout at the hub.
• Monitor motor carrier needs and customer service per client standards.
• Report loadout/returns and carrier compliance in a timely manner.
• Maintain professional relationships with location management, peers, and clients.
• Supervise and review route monitoring using client-specific software.
• Schedule orders and notify customers of time windows for next day delivery.
• Assist CDT/RTD and handle escalations as needed.
