You will manage shipping documents, communicate with carriers, and perform general clerical duties while supporting a culture of safety and reliability within a growing logistics operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in warehouse operations preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, memos and diagrams.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials and ensure timely movement from receipt to shipment.
• Create shipping documents such as Bills of Lading and labels using SAP.
• Type routine correspondence with transportation and internal contacts.
• Maintain daily updates to shipping schedules.
