Job summary

MAT Holdings, Inc. is expanding its Shannon, Mississippi distribution center and seeking an experienced warehouse supervisor to oversee inbound and outbound logistics, verify shipments, and coordinate receiving and shipping activities.

The role requires 1–3 years of supervision, a high school diploma or GED, and SAP/RF experience; the successful candidate will ensure accuracy, safety, and efficient operations within a fast-moving team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1–3 years of warehouse supervisory experience.
• Experience with SAP and RF scanning systems.
• Experience in both shipping and receiving operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound receiving and coordinate receiving priorities and unloading procedures.
• Direct outbound shipping operations and ensure accuracy and completeness of shipments.
• Ensure compliance with receiving/shipping specifications and safety requirements.
• Direct movement of goods from receiving/shipping platforms to storage and work areas and update inventory systems.
