Job summary

MAT Holdings, Inc. is expanding our Shannon, Mississippi distribution center and seeking a Shift Supervisor for the inbound warehouse. You will lead a team of warehouse associates, oversee receipt of shipments, and ensure accuracy and safety in all inbound activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year experience in supervisory role.
• Must be able to obtain forklift license through the Company.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound receiving operations and supervise warehouse associates.
• Coordinate with departments to optimize workflow and ensure timely inbound processing.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate receiving records.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and company standards.
• Prepare composite performance and productivity reports for the team.
• Identify receiving discrepancies and drive corrective actions.
