Job summary

MAT Holdings, Inc. is expanding with a new distribution center in Shannon, Mississippi, seeking motivated individuals for an Inbound Coordinator role. You will handle receiving materials, data entry, PO verification, and intercompany mail between locations.

The position involves working closely with accounting on inventory receipts, generating inbound reports, and using SAP inventory functions. Training and career growth opportunities are offered within a growing organization.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in English.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Inventory control experience – strongly preferred.
• Proficient with quality assurance checks.
• Working knowledge of RF Scanners/System a plus.
• SAP experience is a plus.
• Warehouse experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for receiving and data entry of incoming materials
• Verify received goods to purchase orders as to identification, type, quantities and part numbers
• Prepare, ship & receive intercompany mail between locations.
• Deliver non-inventory items to designated employees.
• Accept receipt of containers following CTPAT guidelines
• Monitor incoming containers arriving from overseas
• Works with accounting to reconcile inventory receipts
• Generate reports for inbound containers and other various reports as needed
• Maintain records, filing systems and reference manuals
• Unload parcel shipments (as needed)
• Yard check audits
• Manage various SAP inventory functions
• Answer telephone calls in a timely manner, direct calls and take messages
• Operate self-sufficiently and desire to learn new processes
• Perform routine clerical functions
• Performs other duties as assigned
