Job summary

MAT Holdings, Inc. is expanding with a new distribution center in Shannon, Mississippi. We seek a Shift Supervisor to coordinate outbound shipping, verify records, and prepare items for shipment while enforcing safety rules.

Qualifications include high school diploma, 2+ years leading warehousing, and proficiency with SAP and RF scanning; bilingual Spanish is a plus. Must obtain forklift license through the company.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with RF scanning and warehouse systems.
• PIT certification is preferred; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Reviews orders to determine shipping priorities and staffing needs.
• Oversees outbound shipping activities for accuracy, completeness, and load condition.
• Leads shift in efficient freight processing including order picking, checking, and loading.
• Inspects material handling equipment and coordinates repairs as needed.
• Ensures adherence to standardized procedures and safety policies.
