MAT Holdings, Inc. is expanding its Shannon distribution center and seeks motivated individuals to join the warehouse team in Shannon, Mississippi.

This role focuses on processing supply requests and purchase orders, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, and maintaining office supplies with accuracy. The position requires a high school diploma and at least one year in an office setting, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and one year of office experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with SAP or other WMS systems is a plus.
• Must be able to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Process requests for supplies and purchase orders from leadership staff and distribute orders.
• Serve as facility-level liaison between vendors, Accounts Payable, and Corporate Finance.
• Create Purchase Orders for supplies and facility projects; maintain office supplies.
• Maintain vendor relationships and solicit bids for annual consumables.
• Perform routine clerical tasks and document information clearly.
