Job summary

MAT Holdings, Inc. operates a new Shannon, Mississippi distribution center seeking an Inbound Coordinator to manage material receipt, data entry, and traceability from arrival to shipment. You will verify goods against POs, handle internal mail between locations, and support inventory accuracy with SAP tools.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in English.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Inventory control experience – strongly preferred.
• Proficient with quality assurance checks.
• Working knowledge of RF Scanners/System a plus.
• SAP experience is a plus.
• Warehouse experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive and data entry of incoming materials.
• Verify received goods to purchase orders (ID, type, quantity, part numbers).
• Prepare, ship and receive intercompany mail between locations.
• Deliver non-inventory items to designated employees.
• Accept receipt of containers following CTPAT guidelines.
• Monitor incoming containers arriving from overseas.
• Reconcile inventory receipts with accounting.
• Generate inbound/container reports as needed.
• Maintain records, filing systems and reference manuals.
• Unload parcel shipments as needed.
• Manage SAP inventory functions.
• Answer phone calls, direct calls and take messages.
• Operate self-sufficiently and learn new processes.
• Perform routine clerical functions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
