Job summary

MAT Holdings, Inc. is expanding with a new Shannon, Mississippi distribution center and seeks motivated individuals for our warehouse team. You will handle supplies, vendor liaison, and light admin duties, with training and long-term growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Read, comprehend, respond to and create written instructions, emails and memos.
• Calculate figures and amounts and perform simple calculations.
• Adapt to often-changing circumstances in the logistics field.
• Think clearly, take initiative and work independently.
• Communicate with internal and external customers via phone and email.
• Must be able to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Process requests for supplies and purchase orders from leadership staff.
• Receive in and distribute orders and supplies.
• Serve as facility liaison between vendors, AP, and corporate finance.
• Create purchase orders for supplies and projects; maintain office supplies.
• Maintain vendor relationships and request bids for supplies.
• Perform routine clerical functions and document information clearly.
• Answer calls, direct calls and messages; greet visitors as appropriate.
• Assist IT Service Desk requests and support office operations.
