Qualifications

• High school graduate with warehouse exposure and ability to read and understand written instructions.
• Must communicate in English and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience with SAP and basic office software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials and perform necessary computer transactions.
• Create shipping documents such as Bills of Lading and labels using SAP.
• Type routine correspondence with transportation and internal contacts.
• Maintain daily changes to shipping schedules and document actions.
• Answer calls, greet visitors, and route to appropriate offices.
• Perform routine clerical tasks including logging and filing.
• Support learning new processes and assist teammates as needed.
