Job summary

Oscilar is seeking a Growth Outbound Marketing Manager to own outbound pipeline for Fraud, Disputes & Chargebacks, and AML/Compliance verticals. You will craft messaging, run multi-channel campaigns, and drive pipeline from first touch to qualified meetings.

In a high-ownership role reporting to the Head of Growth, you will design experiments, coordinate with BDRs and AEs, and scale outbound programs using an advanced GTM stack across email, phone, and LinkedIn. Remote in the US.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years in B2B outbound marketing or demand generation.
• Proven ability to launch new verticals from scratch and generate qualified pipeline.
• Hands-on with email sequences, cold calling, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Strong messaging, testing, and optimization mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own outbound pipeline strategy and execution for new ICP verticals.
• Design multi-channel sequences and manage end-to-end campaigns.
• Run rapid experiments on messaging, signals, and channels.
• Design/direct mail campaigns and coordinate with outbound programs.
• GTM systems and automations wiring across Clay, HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, Nooks.
