Job summary

Talantir is seeking a Director of Growth Marketing (Remote, US-based) to design, build, and own a fully AI-native outbound revenue engine. You will shape ICPs, signals, and multi-source enrichment, executing personalized sequences via email and LinkedIn at scale.

You will drive end-to-end pipeline metrics, collaborate with CBO on messaging and product positioning, and optimize the outbound motion using data-driven experimentation.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in B2B GTM, revenue operations or growth roles, building outbound programs in high-growth tech
• Clay expertise with multi-source enrichment waterfalls, AI-personalized sequences, and trigger workflows
• Fluent with modern outbound stacks: Clay, Smartlead/Instantly, Apollo/ZoomInfo, HubSpot/Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• AI-first mindset with ability to write, enrich, personalize and optimize outbound motion

Responsibilities

• Own design, build and own the outbound revenue engine from scratch.
• Build AI-native, agentic systems to scale pipeline with minimal headcount growth.
• Oversee AI-driven outreach strategies across email and LinkedIn at scale.
• Define and refine ICPs, signals, and targeting across fintech segments.
• Manage end-to-end outbound pipeline metrics and revenue impact.
