Job summary

Cache Ventures, LLC is seeking an Outbound Growth Lead to drive the outbound pipeline for the company and portfolio. You will craft targeted multi-channel campaigns, test messaging, and optimize buyer personas within our ICP to scale demand generation and bookings.

You will leverage AI, automation, and analytics, owning budgeting and forecasting while collaborating with marketing to produce compelling copy and assets for mid-market and enterprise segments.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in demand generation/outbound growth, preferably within a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.
• Creative copywriting skills and ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
• Proven track record of designing and executing successful outbound campaigns, especially using AI or other creative solutions.
• Strong analytical skills and a passion for data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Leverage AI and automation to create highly personalized outreach campaigns to generate high-quality leads and booked meetings.
• Launch and test new outbound campaigns every week.
• Master tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zapier, and more.
• Use data sources to optimize campaign performance and drive strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with marketing to produce compelling copy and assets for diverse buyer personas across mid-market and enterprise segments.
• Outreach to potential partners and influencers to amplify reach and impact.
• Contribute to growth strategy across the company and share funnel metrics regularly.
