Job summary

Coinflow is seeking a driven growth marketer to own outbound campaigns and experiments, turning brand momentum into repeatable pipeline. You will partner with Revenue, Partnerships, and the Head of Marketing to design multi-channel activations, measure impact, and push the business into new verticals from our Chicago/NYC base.

The role emphasizes building a scalable growth engine, running tests end-to-end, and prioritizing ROI over reach, with opportunities to influence strategy and work

Qualifications

• 4+ years in growth, demand generation, or performance marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS, fintech, or payments company.
• Demonstrated track record of building and running campaigns that generated measurable pipeline.
• Fluency with analytics, CRM, marketing automation, paid platforms, and attribution; comfortable with Attio, PostHog, and GA.
• Strong data analysis skills with ability to visualize findings for leadership.
• Bias for action and experimentation; able to ship scrappy tests quickly.
• Excellent collaboration across Marketing, Revenue, and Partnerships.
• Based in or willing to relocate to New York City or Chicago; this is an in-office role.

Responsibilities

• Own outbound campaign activation end-to-end — audience, offer, channel, creative, follow-up — with Revenue and SDR.
• Design and run growth experiments across paid, email, LinkedIn, events, and lifecycle channels with clear hypotheses.
• Own pipeline metrics and report on them consistently.
• Dig into data to uncover the 'why' behind performance and visualize insights for leadership.
• Build and optimize the demand funnel — landing pages, conversion paths, forms, nurture sequences.
• Manage paid acquisition and retargeting with focus on ROI.
• Partner with content and SEO to convert organic momentum into pipeline.
• Maintain clean attribution across campaigns (UTM, CRM hygiene in Attio, analytics in PostHog).
• Test new verticals/audiences as Coinflow expands, and stand up ABM for new verticals.
• Work with Partnerships and Events to convert high-intent moments into pipeline.
