Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–3 years in revenue or growth operations, with outbound campaign exposure.
• Hands-on experience managing a CRM (Salesforce preferred) including lists, enrichment, and deduplication.
• Experience building personalized outbound campaigns using merge fields, tokens, and dynamic content.

Responsibilities

• Support outbound execution for congress campaigns across therapeutic areas and functions.
• Build and launch personalized multi-step sequences in Apollo and Salesforce.
• Prepare briefs for leaders ahead of meetings and tailor outreach messaging to buyer priorities.
• Run structured post-congress follow-up to convert conversations into meetings and opportunities.
• Maintain CRM data quality and campaign tracking in Salesforce and Apollo.
