Job summary

Stardelite is seeking a driven Business Development Representative to join as a 1099 independent contractor. You will own the top of the funnel, finding prospects, starting conversations, qualifying leads, and booking discovery calls for our software, mobile/web apps, and IT services.

You will perform outbound prospecting, build target lists, and run multi-channel outreach to generate a steady pipeline for the founder to close. The role requires US-based availability during U.S.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of outbound prospecting or SDR/BDR experience in tech.
• Proven track record booking qualified meetings in the U.S.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently with daily activity targets.
• Must be US-based and available during U.S. business hours.

Responsibilities

• Research and build targeted prospect lists in our core U.S. markets.
• Run outbound sequences across LinkedIn, email, and phone.
• Qualify inbound and outbound responses against our ICP.
• Book qualified discovery calls for the founder and hand off context.
• Follow up on and nurture prospects not ready to talk yet.
• Keep the CRM accurate with every conversation and next step.
• Report on outbound activity and messaging effectiveness.
