Factorial is seeking a results-driven B2B Sales/Business Development professional to drive opportunities in the UAE and broader Middle East. You will engage HR leaders and C-level executives via cold Calling, LinkedIn and email, qualifying prospects and setting up meetings for Account Executives.

In this role, you’ll analyze prospect data, identify real business opportunities and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, CX and Product teams to accelerate growth.

Formación

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Initial experience in sales, business development, partnerships or client-facing roles
• Comfortable managing high volumes of inbound leads
• Confident on calls and structured conversations with senior stakeholders
• Strong commercial mindset and proactive approach
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
