Job summary

storage.ae is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to grow our Dubai market presence remotely. You will generate new business, forge strategic partnerships, and build a strong referral network through calls, video meetings, and digital outreach.

With 3+ years in B2B sales or partnerships and a track record of closing deals remotely, you will identify opportunities, negotiate favorable terms, and report on performance. Arabic is a plus; UAE market experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or partnerships, ideally with exposure to real estate, logistics, storage, or the UAE market.
• Proven track record of generating leads, closing deals, and building long-term business relationships remotely.

Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and engage businesses in need of storage solutions via phone, email, and virtual outreach.
• Build and nurture relationships in the Dubai market to establish a referral pipeline.
• Identify new business opportunities and evaluate strategic partnerships aligned with growth goals.
• Generate and qualify leads through virtual networking, cold calling, email outreach, referrals, and online events.
• Negotiate and finalize partnership and referral agreements remotely.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing partners through regular calls and video check-ins.
• Represent storage.ae at virtual events to raise brand visibility and generate leads.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to align partnerships with broader goals.
• Track, analyze, and report on partnership performance and revenue contribution.
• Prepare and deliver proposals to prospective corporate and real estate partners via video calls and digital channels.
