Job summary

Uniting Holding is seeking a results-driven account executive to lead new business for our remote digital marketing services, spanning SEO, SEM and Marketing Automation. You will run discovery meetings, tailor pitches, and close complex projects and retainers with startups and established enterprises.

As a remote team member, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional colleagues, help refine our sales processes, and, as the department scales, may hire and mentor junior team members to sustain

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience selling in the digital agency space.
• Ability to self-educate based on the latest industry trends, news and thought leadership.
• General knowledge of various digital marketing disciplines (SEO, SEM, Marketing Automation, etc.)
• Experience closing prospects on complex projects and retainers.
• Ability to work autonomously and self-motivate (remote position).

Responsibilities

• Run discovery meetings with prospects to determine whether they’re a good fit to go further down the funnel.
• Create pitches, presentations and proposals that bridge the gap between our current services and an individual prospect’s needs.
• Collaborate and stay up to date with the team on our service offerings and capabilities.
• Follow-up with clients intermittently throughout their experience with the team.
• Improve and build out internal sales processes to facilitate the department’s growth.
• Eventually hire out and potentially manage new hires on the sales team.
