This role requires coaching and development of outbound processes, including research, prospecting, cold calling, emailing, and social outreach, to drive a robust ME market

• Build, coach, and manage a team of SDRs, setting the bar for outbound execution and pipeline generation.
• Design and continuously refine the outbound playbook — research, prospecting, cold calling, emailing, and social outreach — for the ME market.
