Constellation, a leading nuclear energy provider, seeks an experienced Outage Planning Leader to direct detailed outage schedules, ensure safety alignment with ALARA, and drive cross-functional execution across departments for upcoming unit outages.

The role requires 8+ years in power plants with 3+ years in nuclear settings, plus strong project management and leadership capabilities to optimize outage readiness and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a technical field (engineering or maintenance) with 8 years of power plant experience and 3+ years in nuclear-related roles.
• Associate degree with 10 years of power plant experience incl. nuclear exposure.
• High school diploma with 12 years of power plant experience incl. nuclear exposure.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate outage schedule and plan development for upcoming unit outages.
• Direct the development and communication of the Shutdown Safety Program.
• Coordinate outage risk screening and readiness activities with multiple departments.
• Provide direction to planners, schedulers, and specialized teams during outage execution.
