Qualifications

• Bachelor's or technical degree with nuclear power plant experience plus leadership credentials.
• RN-Operator license or equivalent required for senior reactor operation roles.
• Various power plant experience in engineering, maintenance, operations or work management.
• Experience meeting regulatory and safety requirements in outage environments.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate outage schedule development to meet technical specs while maintaining shutdown safety.
• Oversee horizontal and vertical schedule reviews and guide planners and teams.
• Direct development and communication of the Shutdown Safety Program.
• Lead outage plan execution with compliance to station procedures and goals.
• Coordinate risk screening to support outage risk management and readiness.
