Job summary

Constellation seeks an experienced Operations Supervisor to manage an operations support staff and oversee planning for online maintenance and outages at our nuclear facilities. You will ensure work aligns with regulatory specifications and company procedures to sustain safe, reliable plant performance.

The role requires leading the work control process, prioritizing daily and outage work, and coordinating with FIN and SRO planning functions to meet plant objectives and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6 years of related experience.
• Current or previous Senior Reactor Operator license with 6 years of related experience OR
• Associate's degree with 8 years of related experience
• High school diploma/GED with 10 years of related experience

Responsibilities

• Supervise an operations support staff including work execution supervisors and clearance and tagging group.
• Directs staff of planning support personnel responsible for Operations scheduling and Clearance and Tagging preparation for both online maintenance and planned outages.
• Maintain ongoing responsibility for ensuring operational needs are satisfied through the work control process, by establishing work priorities for daily, outage, and emergent work.
