Job summary

Constellation Energy Corp. is seeking an experienced Outage Planning and Scheduling Leader to direct detailed outage schedules for nuclear unit outages, ensuring ALARA safety, compliance with technical specs, and on-time execution.

You will coordinate multiple teams, oversee horizon and vertical slice reviews, and develop the Shutdown Safety Program, with a focus on lessons learned and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in business or engineering with nuclear/power plant experience.
• Licensed Senior Reactor Operator or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum hands-on experience in outage planning and execution.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate detailed outage schedule development to ensure spec compliance and safety.
• Lead reviews of horizontal schedule and vertical slice processes.
• Provide direction to planners and teams for outage plan preparation and execution.
• Direct the Shutdown Safety Program development and communication.
• Coordinate outage readiness materials for executive reviews.
