Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or maintenance with 8 years of power plant experience and 3 years nuclear experience
• Senior Reactor Operator license with 8 years of power plant experience and 3 years nuclear experience
• Associate's degree with 10 years power plant experience and 3 years nuclear experience
• High school diploma with 12 years of power plant experience and 3 years nuclear experience
• Maintain minimum access or unescorted access requirements and favorable medical exams

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate detailed outage schedule development for upcoming unit outages ensuring compliance with technical specifications and ALARA safety
• Provide oversight of horizontal schedule reviews and vertical slice reviews
• Guide departmental planners, schedulers, and specialized teams for outage plan and execution
• Direct the Shutdown Safety Program development, implementation, and communication
• Coordinate outage control center training and tabletop drills
• Support outage readiness meetings and leadership briefings
• Capture lessons learned and perform gap analyses to update outage templates

Education

Bachelor's degree in engineering or maintenance

Associate's degree in engineering or maintenance

High School/GED with 12 years of power plant experience
