Job summary

Constellation Energy Corp. is seeking a highly experienced supervisor to lead an operations support staff at a major utility facility in Illinois.

You will oversee work control, scheduling, and tagging processes to ensure safe and compliant plant operations, including outages and daily maintenance. The role requires 6+ years of related nuclear or industrial experience, supervisory or managerial credentials, and appropriate licensing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Current Senior Reactor Operator license with 6 years of related experience.
• Associate's degree with 8 years of related experience.
• High school diploma/GED with 10 years of related experience.
• Supervisory or managerial experience.
• Maintain minimum access requirements and favorable medical examination.

Responsibilities

• Supervise an operations support staff including work execution supervisors and clearance and tagging group.
• Ensure scheduled work fits within Technical Specifications and regulations.
• Direct staff responsible for Operations scheduling and Clearance/Tagging for maintenance and outages.
• Establish work priorities for daily, outage, and emergent work.
• Provide oversight of FIN supervisor and FIN group; support outages.
