Job summary

Dominion Energy is seeking an experienced Outage Planning Lead to oversee the preparation and scheduling for refueling and outages at a nuclear facility. You will direct site teams, develop outage logic emphasizing safety and efficiency, and ensure readiness milestones are met. Strong leadership, planning, and communication are required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Nuclear power plant outage planning or related experience.
• Knowledge of outage scheduling software and strong planning skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to present to all management levels.
• Demonstrated teamwork and negotiation skills; RO/SRO license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate planning and scheduling for refueling and outages.
• Develop outage logic with emphasis on safety and efficiency.
• Coordinate pre-outage readiness and milestone tracking with plant teams.
• Provide day-to-day guidance to outage schedulers and planners during outages.
• Identify and implement outage improvements and 5-year outage plans.
