Job summary

Constellation is seeking an experienced outage project professional to support safe, reliable, and efficient reactor outage activities across stations. You will implement standardized outage processes and reinforce expectations for staff involved in outage services.

The role requires strong leadership in refueling outages and extensive nuclear plant experience, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and cost-effective performance across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• BS in Technical discipline or OEM training as applies to reactor, turbine, or steam generator projects.
• Demonstrated nuclear plant experience is required.
• Demonstrated technical leadership in refueling outages.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed plans, allocate personnel, and define work scope for outage projects.
• Create scope, schedule, and budget with lifecycle cost management.
• Apply expertise in execution of refueling outage services at the site.
• Communicate with client site management and major vendor service providers.
• Direct project completion and close out of financial and technical documentation.
• Provide fiscal data and promote fiscal accountability among participants.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives among project participants.
• Communicate technical, financial, and progress status to corporate and site management.
• Coach, mentor, and manage performance of managers and employees.
