Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for an Area Sales Manager for Ottava. This field-based role covers the Mid-South Territory (MS, West TN, AL, FL panhandle) with candidates ideally based in Nashville, TN or Birmingham, AL.

Fueled by innovation, we’re developing smarter, less invasive, more personalized treatments. You will lead end-to-end commercialization, engage with clinicians and executives, and support adoption of Ottava products across the territory.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 6 years in healthcare; minimum 3 years in capital sales.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% and work in hospital/ASC environments.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute quarterly business plans to achieve capital equipment and disposable sales targets.
• Educate clinicians and economic buyers using Challenger selling framework.
• Engage directly with C‑Suite stakeholders and administrators.
• Lead product demos and clinical discussions to drive Ottava adoption.
• Negotiate pricing and program terms with customers in collaboration with sales leadership.
