BayMark Health Services, Inc. is seeking a Treatment Center Director/Program Director for our Opiate Treatment Program. You will lead a diverse team, manage operations, and ensure regulatory compliance while driving census and quality care in an outpatient OTP clinic.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, staff development, and partnership with medical directors to uphold standards and improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading clinical programs or OTP operations.
• Strong understanding of HIPAA and healthcare regulations.
• Proven ability to supervise diverse teams and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation and performance of the OTP clinic.
• Hire, train, evaluate and counsel clinic staff.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with SAMHSA, DEA, CARF, JCAHO, HIPAA.
• Develop and monitor KPIs; drive census growth and quality care.
