Job summary

BAART Programs is seeking a driven leader to direct the Opiate Treatment Program (OTP) clinic, overseeing a diverse team of healthcare professionals and ensuring daily operations meet budgeted targets. This role requires strong regulatory knowledge and an ability to drive performance through supervision and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• Multiple years of experience as an administrator of a clinical program.
• Understanding of HIPAA, Federal, State & CARF standards & regulations.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to supervise staff.
• Strategic thinker who can recommend alternative solutions, execute and monitor.
• Self-starter who can work autonomously and generate ideas and benefits for the Company.
• Customer service oriented, eager and energetic; excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Satisfactory drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the operation & performance of the OTP clinic and its budget.
• Participates in interviewing, hiring, and training clinic staff; manages personnel performance.
• Ensures regulatory compliance with SAMHSA, DEA, CARF, JCAHO, HIPAA, and related approvals.
• Provides direction to clinic staff and communicates corporate goals and objectives.
• Develops reports on KPIs and takes action to meet census and performance targets.
• Maintains policy and procedure manuals and supports training as needed.
• Develops community relations and partnership opportunities to drive census growth.
