Job summary

BayMark Health Services seeks a Treatment Center Director/Program Director to lead the OTP clinic, managing operations, staff and budget to deliver high-quality patient care. The role requires oversight of regulatory compliance, performance metrics, and collaboration with medical and compliance teams to ensure ongoing HIPAA and CARF/JCAHO standards adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
• Understanding of clinic operations and substance abuse
• Understanding of HIPAA, federal/state CARF/JCAHO standards

Responsibilities

• Operation and performance of the OTP clinic
• Manage OTP clinic operations to budgeted/planned results
• Interview, hire, train clinic staff
• Counsel and terminate subordinate personnel
• Provide direction to clinic staff and relay corporate goals
• Supervise to achieve performance goals
• Ensure regulatory compliance with SAMHSA, DEA, CARF, JCAHO, HIPAA
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiencies
• Support census growth and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with Medical Director and Compliance/QA activities
• Maintain policy and procedure manuals
• Maintain confidentiality of patients and staff
• Participate in community relations to drive census
• Identify steps to increase census and prepare for growth
• Ensure operations handle increased census
• Lead diversity hiring for future needs
• Participate in Company Performance Improvement Process
• Knowledge of Board of Health/OSHA standards
• Assist with marketing programs and literature
• Other duties as assigned
