The role requires managing budgets, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving census growth within federal/state guidelines. Strong leadership and collaboration with medical directors are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• Experience in clinic operations and substance abuse settings.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and federal/state CARF/JCAHO standards.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to supervise and manage personnel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation and performance of the OTP clinic.
• Manage clinic operations to budgeted results.
• Interview, hire and train staff; supervise personnel.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with SAMHSA/DEA/CARF/JCAHO/HIPAA.
