MedMark Treatment Center in Columbus, OH seeks an accountable and process-driven Treatment Center Director to lead a diverse team of nurses, counselors, and staff in an outpatient OTP setting. You will oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive performance to meet quality and census goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related from an accredited college or university.
• Understanding of clinic operations and working in substance abuse settings.
• HIPAA, Federal, State & CARF standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate the OTP clinic's overall operation and performance.
• Participate in interviewing, hiring, and training of clinic staff.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with SAMHSA, DEA, CARF, JCAHO, HIPAA, and related filings.
• Develop and monitor KPIs and drive performance improvements.
• Support census growth through strategic planning and partnerships.
• Coordinate with Medical Director, psychiatric consultant, and QA/QI activities.
