Health Care Resource Centers is seeking an accountable, process-oriented leader to direct the Opiate Treatment Program. The Treatment Center Director oversees a diverse team of nurses, counselors, and support staff to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient daily operations.

The role partners with the Medical Director to ensure regulatory compliance, manage budgets and staffing, drive census growth, and implement performance improvements within BayMark Health Services.

Qualifications

• Experience as an administrator of a clinical program.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• Understanding of clinic operations and with significant experience in substance abuse.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, Federal, State & CARF standards.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Strategic thinker with autonomous work style.
• Customer service oriented, energetic.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Satisfactory drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation and performance of the OTP clinic.
• Manage OTP clinic operations to budgeted results.
• Hire, train, and supervise clinic staff.
• Provide direction to staff and relay corporate goals.
• Monitor performance and supervise staff to meet goals.
• Ensure compliance with SAMHSA, DEA, CARF, JCAHO, HIPAA.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement efficiencies.
• Develop partnerships to drive census growth and meet regulatory requirements.
• Develop, monitor, and report on KPIs.
• Collaborate with Medical Director and QA/QI on compliance and quality.
• Maintain policy/procedure manuals and clinic operations documents.
• Provide clinic training as needed.
• Maintain patient, employee and company confidentiality.
