Job summary

Health Care Resource Centers, a BayMark Health Services company, seeks an accountable Treatment Center Director to lead the OTP program, guiding nurses, counselors and staff to deliver quality patient care while ensuring efficient daily operations.

Responsibilities include operational performance to budget, regulatory compliance (SAMHSA, DEA, CARF, JCAHO, HIPAA), staff hiring/training, and driving census growth through partnerships and performance reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• Experience as an administrator of a clinical program.
• Understanding of HIPAA, Federal, State & CARF standards.
• Ability to supervise personnel and drive performance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Satisfactory drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation and performance of the OTP clinic.
• Manage OTP clinic operations to budget and planned results.
• Hire, train and supervise clinic staff.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and filings.
• Develop and monitor KPIs and reporting.
• Collaborate with Medical Director and QA/QI activities.
• Drive census growth and strategic partnerships.
