Job summary

BayMark Health Services, Inc. seeks an accountable Treatment Center Director to lead the OTP clinic operations, supervise nurses and counselors, and ensure regulatory compliance with SAMHSA, DEA, CARF/JCAHO, and HIPAA.

The role focuses on performance, budget adherence, and census growth within a dynamic treatment program. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in business or related field, strong leadership and communication skills, and experience managing clinical staff in addiction

Qualifications

• Leadership and supervisory skills for clinical program administration
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of HIPAA, federal, state, and CARF standards and regulations
• Experience supervising staff and driving performance in a clinic setting
• Self-starter with autonomy and initiative

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation and performance of the OTP clinic within budget
• Hire, train, and evaluate clinic staff
• Ensure regulatory compliance with SAMHSA, DEA, CARF, JCAHO, HIPAA
• Develop reports on key performance indicators and drive census growth
• Collaborate with Medical Director, compliance, and QA/QI teams
• Maintain policy manuals and staff training resources
• Protect patient, employee and company confidentiality
