Job summary

BayMark Health Services, Inc. seeks a Treatment Center Director/Program Director to lead an Opiate Treatment Program. The role directs nurses, counselors and staff, ensuring daily operations, regulatory compliance and patient care excellence.

You will manage budgeting, staffing, performance metrics, and partnerships to sustain census growth and service quality. Strong leadership and HIPAA/ CARF familiarity are essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated organizational and leadership skills with the ability to supervise and manage personnel.
• Understanding of HIPAA, Federal, State & CARF standards & regulations.
• Experience operating clinical programs and coordinating care teams.
• Strong communication and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and oversee the Opiate Treatment Program clinic to meet budgeted results.
• Hire, train and evaluate clinic staff; provide direction to staff and implement corporate mandates.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with SAMHSA, DEA, CARF, JCAHO, HIPAA and other bodies; manage filings and licensure.
• Develop and monitor KPIs, drive census growth, and optimize operations and costs.
• Collaborate with Medical Director and QA/QI to ensure quality patient care and performance improvement.
• Represent the clinic in community relations and partnerships to support census growth.
