Job summary

BayMark Health Services seeks a Treatment Center Director/Program Director to lead the Opiate Treatment Program, overseeing a diverse team of nurses, counselors, and support staff, while ensuring daily operations and performance meet organizational goals.

The role requires strong leadership, process orientation, and the ability to align clinical operations with regulatory standards and quality patient care objectives.

Qualifications

• Multiple years of experience as an administrator of a clinical program.
• Understanding of clinic operations in substance abuse contexts.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, Federal, State & CARF standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation and performance of the OTP clinic.
• Manage clinic operations to budgeted results.
• Hire, train and supervise clinic staff; counsel and terminate personnel as needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies (SAMHSA, DEA, CARF, JCAHO, HIPAA).
• Develop and monitor KPIs and drive census growth and performance improvements.
