Qualifications

• 1-3 years of customer service experience.
• Ability to supervise hourly staff and manage scheduling.
• Experience with cash handling and shipments.
• Ability to read and interpret documentation; respond to inquiries; present information.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise all hourly staff and scheduling.
• Direct, schedule and supervise all operating departments within the OTB.
• Ensure equipment is in working order and arrange maintenance.
• Post daily programs and results for video poker and pari-mutuels.
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures and personnel policies.
• Assist in executing marketing promotions at the facility.
• Accurately counts, balances and prepares shipments of large amounts of cash.
• Interface with facility manager to promote harmony and efficiency.
• Assist with facility safety, security, food safety and emergency procedures.
• Recruit hourly staff and recommend hiring decisions.
• Train, coach and motivate staff; support promotions or transfers.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
