Job summary

Churchill Downs Incorporated is seeking a supervisor to oversee all operating departments within the OTB at the Fair Grounds. The role requires oversight of staff, maintenance coordination and compliance with policies while supporting marketing efforts.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, experience supervising hourly staff, and the ability to manage cash handling and daily program postings in a fast-paced gaming environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret common documentation.
• Ability to supervise hourly staff and manage duties.
• Ability to respond to inquiries or complaints from team members or regulators.

Responsibilities

• Supervise each operating department within the OTB per business plan and policies.
• Direct, schedule and supervise all hourly staff.
• Ensure equipment is working and coordinate maintenance.
• Post daily programs and results for video poker and pari-mutuels.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and personnel policies.
• Assist with marketing promotions at the facility.
• Oversee cash handling and shipments of large amounts of cash.
