Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our team in Port Washington, WI. This PRN role offers daytime shifts with the flexibility to schedule around your life while contributing to high-quality patient care on a supportive team.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy, an active OT license and NBCOT certification, and prefer a candidate with at least one year of experience.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients' functional independence.
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations.
