Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a PRN role in Lancaster, WI. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans to improve functional independence, and document progress to guide care.

Requirements include a Master’s or Doctoral degree in OT, a current state license and NBCOT certification, and about 1 year of OT experience. This role offers daytime PRN hours at Lancaster Health Services.

Occupational Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required
• Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients' functional independence
