Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking an Occupational Therapist for PRN daytime shifts in Wisconsin. You will join a collaborative team that values flexible scheduling while delivering high-quality care.

The role requires a Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy, active state license, NBCOT certification, and preferably 1 year of experience. You will evaluate and plan treatment, document progress, and educate patients and families on safety and adaptive equipment.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current state OT license; NBCOT certification required.
• 1 year of OT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients’ functional independence.

Occupational Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required
• Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients’ functional independence
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations
